Call to Report Abuse
Contact the NJ Abuse Hotline at 877-NJ-ABUSE (877-652-2873) or any Law Enforcement Agency at 911 You are not required to provide proof. Anyone who makes a good faith report based on reasonable grounds is immune from prosecution. When a report indicates that a child may be at risk, an investigator from the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) will promptly investigate the allegations within 24 hours of the report.
